I'm a freelance writer and editor with a passion for traveling on the cheap and outdoor adventure.

 

Thanks to some trusty travel hacks (and a job that lets me work from anywhere), I've gotten the chance to explore over 50 countries. I've lived and skied out of a camper van in the Japanese Alps, overcome dengue fever in Indonesia, lived in a tent on a Martinique beach, and studied yoga in India.

 

I studied journalism at the University of Denver and attended the NYU publishing institute. My writing has been published on VICE, Travel + Leisure, BuzzFeed, Outside, and SKI, and I've worked as an editor for both print and online media.

 

I have an eye for detail and a love of grammar. I'm fluent in Associated Press Style and Chicago Manual of Style, and have worked as a copy editor and developmental editor on books for thought visionaries like Seane Corn.
